The Experience

This is a multidimensional experience. I often work in the physical and astral realms during these sessions. At times, I am guided to pull your energetic body into a safe container in the astral realm and other times, divine guides come into your physical location. These guides understand your sacred contracts, your life plan, and your available timelines. They know exactly what is best to address for you at the time so I utilize their wisdom and guidance for all work performed. All sessions include some combination of breathwork and meditation to help you tune in, center, and activate your body. When you have the breath moving physical energy through you, it helps dislodge blocks within the physical body. This can make the experience more powerful and more effective.
