My Story

My first experience with breathwork healed my grief. I had no idea what breathwork was or what to expect but I laid there and did the hardest breathing I had ever done. 8 minutes in and suddenly I found myself taking a journey across the universe with my son whom I had lost the year before. He asked me to let go of my sorrow and then showered me with a love that healed what I came to set myself free of. I recognized after that single experience, how tethered we are to our loved ones and guides on the other side, and how much they are here to help us through everything we go through.

Since that experience, my world awakened into one of wonder, healing, learning, and life changing decisions. I dove deep into who I thought I was, only to find out that it wasn’t the true me at all, then the real learnings began. During this time of self-discovery, I developed a very strong working bond with my guides, cleared out a lot of karmic contracts, and watched my gifts bloom. Some of what I have done includes collective healing, ancestral healing, gridwork to heal the planet, delivered messages from lost loved ones, showed lost spirits a way to go home, and performed as a spirit guide to other lives of mine when they were in a moment of need. I can see the connectedness of our lives and our timelines.

One day, I asked a friend to be a test subject for me. I asked her to let me do a breathwork session on her and to my surprise, her guides showed up once the breathwork was underway and began instructing me on what to do as we then performed energy work on her together. This happened every time I did a session for anyone. The sessions went so well that I created this business to be able to reach and help more people. I have found that even over Zoom, all that needs to happen, occurs beautifully.
